快餐, 亦称速食, 是可迅速准备和供应的食物的总称, 

通常是可以徒手拿取的食物, 无需使用餐具进食, 大部分具有包装, 可以外带或外卖.

由于现今的生活都以快速节奏为前提, 而快餐具有大众化, 快速, 方便, 标准化及可以充当主食等特点, 因此快餐已成为了一种生活方式.

Texas Chicken的炸鸡分别有原味和辣味. 

据了解，辣味的炸鸡是经过一晚的腌制后，加上自制的调味炸粉炸出的另一番的独自风味．
