New Chapter by The Owls Cafe 是The Owls Cafe 的第二家店．
位于 Bukit Jalil, Calvary Convention Centre 里面，占地宽阔，面积比较大的咖啡馆．
驱车到Calvary Convention Centre ，然后告诉 guard 要去New Chapter ，他就会给你一张卡，指示你可以泊车的方向．
之后，走进去建筑物里面就可以看到了．
这是一家以猫头鹰为主题的餐厅，
Waffle 是来到这里必点的甜品之一．
子曰：非礼勿视，非礼勿听，非礼勿言，非礼勿动
这里不论何时，都人山人海，座无虚席．
当然更别说是公共假期．
已经到访 New Chapter by The Owls Cafe 四次了．😂😂😂
第一次的时候是 2017年 10月，因为已经享用晚餐后，所以只是点了 Waffle 而已．
主要是简单庆祝偶的生日啦．．．😆😆😆

第二次是 2017年 12月再次到访．
由于是公共假期，来这儿享用午餐．
Spicy Mixed Fries (Top Left) ---
Sweet potato and shoestring fried topped with
crispy fish sambal & mayonnaise
Smoked Duck Aglio Olio ---
Speghetti tossed with caramelized smoked duck,
olive oil, basil leaves, garlic, bell peppers and chilli flakes
Creamy Seafood Pasta ---
Creamy curry pasta with chuncky sea catch,
topped woth sunny side up
AIKO MOCHI ---
Mochi waffle topped with grapes, homemade lemon cream cheese,
honey and sprinkle of pistachio flakes
第三次是 2018年 8月，庆祝妈嬷的生日．
妈嬷说这里的食物太美味了，令她整天都朝思暮想．
Warm Fish Salad (Top) ---
Pan-seared fish belly infused with balsamico vinaigrette
on mix green salad topped with parmesan cheese
Spicy Thai Basil Pasta (Right) ---
Spicy stir- fried spaghetti with pulled chicken,
mushrooms, thai basil, chilli glakes, garlic and soy sauce
Pesto Pasta ---
Stir fried pasta with homemade pesto sauce,
cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts
JACK & SWEET POTATO ---
Waffle topped with purple sweet potato cream, blue coconut sago,
jackfruit, coconut ice cream and hawaii coconut flakes

妈嬷的生日蛋糕 --- Rosy Mango
蛋糕体很优细，芒果慕丝也很细滑，不甜不腻
第四次也是在 2018年 8月的假期．
这一次的光顾后，女神妹妹说
＂好咯～要暂停这家了．．．换另一家咖啡馆啦～就快腻了．．．＂
当初不知道是谁，一直提议来这一家的．．．😅😅😅
Chicken Squid Scotch Egg ---
Runny soft-boiled egg wrapped with chicken squid,
coated in bread crumbes and deep-fried,
served with sweet potato mash and creamy mushroom sauce
Green Curry Pasta ---
Pasta with homemade green curry sauce, served with chicken cubes.
Topped with sunny side up
DAVID ---
Waffle topped with vanilla ice cream, bananas,
almond flakes, coconut flakes,
toasted coconut flakes, a drizzle of chocolate sauce
and peanut butter cream on side

食物选择性多又美味．
