烘焙坊@泡泡米饼,Bubbles Rice Cookies

泡泡米饼,真得很好吃!

好久没写部落格了呀~
过新年,有些忙...所以就把写部落格的时间给耽误了.真是的~ 
大家的新年过得怎么样啊?

话说年二九的时候,特地向公司请了半天假期,赶在新年前夕的步伐,为自己制作了全新的这款年饼⇒ 泡泡米饼!
超好吃的!香香脆脆的,一口接一口,难于自拔哦~呵呵...

就来跟大家介绍一下这年饼的制作过程.非常简单哦~😂

材料:
1.牛油-260g
2.糖-120g
3.鸡蛋-2个
4.自发面粉-340g
5.泡泡米-160g
6.巧克力豆-140g

INGREDIENTS:
1. Margarine / Butter - 260g
2. Sugar - 120g
3. Eggs - 2
4. Self-Raising Flour - 340g
5. Rice Bubbles - 160g
6. Chocolate chips - 140g



做法:
1.把牛油和糖打发,打发至白与蓬松.
2.加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀.
3.之后,把自发面粉慢慢地加入,搅拌均匀.
4.最后,加入泡泡米和巧克力豆,搅拌均匀.
5.然后,把一汤匙搅拌均匀的搅拌体放在烘焙盘上.
6.放入烤箱内烤,150度,~26分钟.
7.冷却后,存入罐子及享用啦!

METHODS:
1. Cream margarine / butter & sugar till white & fluffy.
2. Add eggs & mix well.
3. Sift in flour & continue to mix well.
4. Lastly pour in rice bubbles & chocolate chips, fold well with a rubber spatula.
5. Scoop chocolate mixture with a dessert spoon & drop on to a lined baking tray.
6. Bake at preheated oven at 150 degree celcius for about 26 minutes.
7. Cool down cookies & store in an airtight container or enjoy this lovely cookies! Yummy~
